How to Win Zero Moment of Truth

zmotThere is always a “0” before “1” and “2”. Let’s talk about zero moment of truth. This infographic illustrates essential steps that businesses should take to win zero moment of truth and bring their customers to first and second moment of truth to generate revenue.

First, Narrow the “GAP”. Be open and transparent. Let consumers know about your brand, products and service. Provide them accurate information and be honest. Second, Stay Connected. Increase online and offline presence. Let consumers talk about your brand in social media and to people around them verbally. Third, Listen to Them. What do consumers want? Let consumers share their views and understand their desires and wants. Fourth, Respond to Them. Take actions. Let consumers know how you can help them to solve a problem or make their lives easier. Lastly, Let Them Decide. Consider, evaluate. Let consumers think about your brand and compare you with competitors.

Win every moment. Start from ZMOT. When consumers play in a more proactive role in their decision cycle, you need to draw their attention before first or second moment of truth.
